Terms of Service

DugoutOps is a game-day operating system for baseball and softball teams. It lets coaches score games, livestream, track pitch counts and statistics, and generate highlight clips, and lets parents and followers watch games and access highlights.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

If you enter information about players or other people (for example, your team roster), you confirm you have the authority to do so, including, for minors, the rights of a coach or guardian.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Web purchases are processed by Stripe. Founding-member and promotional rates, where offered, remain locked for as long as your subscription stays active without interruption.
• Mobile purchases (subscriptions and à la carte content) are processed through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, and are subject to those stores’ terms.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies; refunds for web purchases are handled through Stripe. We do not separately process refunds for store-billed purchases.

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload — livestreams, clips, reels, photos, rosters, and statistics (“Your Content”). You grant DugoutOps a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, and deliver Your Content for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you and the people you share it with.

You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights necessary to share it, including the consent of others who appear in your videos or photos where required.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Upload content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or that you don't have the rights to share.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice with the details required by the DMCA to support@dugoutops.com. We will respond to valid notices and may remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time, in the mobile app (Settings → Delete Account) or on the web at dugoutops.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for the Service or other users.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that statistics, streams, or highlights will be complete or accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumvre, Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
